ENGLISH Nata alla fine degli anni novanta, Ergon è un società specializzata nel design e nello sviluppo dei prodotti dell'industria, dalla quale Patrizia e Antonio Mugnoz ne sono i fondatori.
L'obbiettivo strategico di Ergon è la ricerca di soluzioni personalizzate volte a trovare il giusto equilibrio tra necessità di mercato, risultato estetico, costi di produzione e investimenti per fornire un servizio di qualità superiore a quelle aziende per cui la continua innovazione e la ricerca di nuove soluzioni tecniche ed estetiche sono un preciso obbiettivo strategico. La collaborazione con aziende che operano in settori merceologici diversi, ha consentito alla Ergon di sviluppare un metodo di lavoro che permette di controllare tutte le fasi di sviluppo di un progetto: dal concept alla realizzazione della pre-serie, alla creazione della comunicazione, con una verifica continua delle fasi intermedie.
Between 1980 and 1996, designer Lorenzo Negrello worked in partnership with architect Paolo Scagnellato, with two projects being nominated for the “Compasso d’Oro” Industrial Design award. In 1996, he founded S.I. Design, a company specializing in furniture design, particularly for offices and communal spaces, working with leading companies both in Italy and abroad.
Today, S.I. Design is an organization with eight people and is based in Padua. The main focus is on design and technical assistance in product development, which is carried out using solid modelling programmes.
S.I. Design collaborates with the end producers of furniture and also with third party manufacturers of components. Customers are split between 60% from Italy and 40% from other countries (Brazil, Spain, France, Turkey and Singapore).
Noh is a group of young architects and designers with a common liberated, edgy approach to design. Extremely carefully thought-out details, together with the use of technology, have the end goal of attaining a timeless sophisticated simplicity and lightness. Noh makes buildings, furnishings and products in Europe, America and Asia. Their main customers are: Saks Fifth Avenue, Philips, Vodafone, Swarovski, Sony, Shiseido, Integer Bank. They are the design consultants for Mobimex, Schoenbuch and Fontana Arte. Dante Bonuccelli was born in 1956 in Buenos Aires, where he gained a degree in Architecture in 1979. From 1980 to 1983, he designed buildings in Argentina. In 1984, he moved to Milan, where he opened an architectural and design studio. His projects have appeared in over 50 national and international publications and in various exhibitions in Italy, Argentina, USA, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Japan and Singapore.
Roberto Lucci and Paolo Orlandini collaborated for several years with Marco Zanuso Snr and with Richard Sapper.
Since 1968, they have been a partnership. Over 3 million chairs carry the signature Lucci and Orlandini. Together they have designed over 340 items.
Lucci and Orlandini have taken part in the Triennial of Milan various times, and their work is included in design collections of the Museum of Modern Art of New York, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Chicago, the Museum of Arts and Crafts of Hamburg and the Centre National d’Art Contemporain of Paris.
Various products designed by Lucci and Orlandini were selected for the first Compasso d’Oro award, and they have also won several international awards.
They are joint authors of the book "Product Design Models"; published by Van Nostrand Rehinold, New York (1990).
Architect and designer from Milan (born in 1963). His interests range from architectural and urban design to office and product design, for Italian and international companies.
In 1990, he obtained a degree in Architecture and Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano. After completing his studies, he started working closely with the Mario Bellini Associates practice, carrying out a series of international undertakings and taking part in research projects in the fields of architecture, and industrial and furniture design.
In 1998, Claudio Bellini introduced a totally new approach to the contemporary scene of office systems, designing the TW Collection for Frezza. With his experience in office furniture and his collaboration with important international companies (including Steelcase, Vitra, Haworth and Tecno), he is one of the most influential contemporary designers.
In 1996, with his father, he founded the Atelier Bellini, where he was involved in architectural projects, architectural competitions, furniture and product design, in Italy and abroad.
In 2003, he became the Art Director for Barazzoni, transforming this business into one of the most successful kitchen utensil companies in Italy.
On top of this, there is his work as furniture designer for Natuzzi, and his contribution in developing the company regarding the use of Point of Purchase Methodology (POP), and the creation of their concept of stores, showrooms and display areas.
As from 2005, he has held lessons and conferences at the University of Genoa and throughout the world (Design Summit - Roundtable, Hong Kong 2007, ICE Conference, etc.) and his work has been widely published, winning many prizes and awards.
In 2006, he founded the company Claudio Bellini Design + Design, chosen by the Spanish magazine El Pais as one of the ten most creative European design studios (Diez en Diseño Europeo, El Pais Semanal (Spain), April 2007, page 22).
